What we collect
- Details you give us through our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, business name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Information needed to deliver our accounting, tax and compliance services once you become a client, such as financial records, tax numbers and company documents.
- Basic website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (for example pages visited, device type and approximate location). This does not identify you by name.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the services you engage us for and meet our legal obligations, including those to SARS and CIPC.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide our services (for example with SARS or CIPC on your instruction), where the law requires it, or with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality.

Our website may use cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law (tax records are generally kept for at least five years). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
